Buyers to pick up during allotted times. 10% Buyer's Premium added to each winning bid. Everything sold AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. There is an auto extend feature on the auction. For example, If a bid is received on an item at 5:59PM , then the auction is automatically extended for 5 minutes and the close time is extended to 6:04PM. and so on until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders. There is also a staggered closing. The first few items will close at 6:00PM, 5 minutes later the next batch of items will close, and so on until all items are sold.
