Terms on Personal property: Sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. No warranties of any kind. 10% buyers premium added to bid price. Payment made in full day of sale The credit card that was used for registering for the auction will be charged upon the sales conclusion up to $1000.00 (unless other arrangement is made.) Anything over $1000.00 to be paid by good local check or cash. Items are subject to AUTO-EXTEND bidding. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended automatically for 5 minutes. Example: If an item receives a bid at 5:59PM, the bidding will automatically extend to 6:04PM until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders. If you don't understand the terms, please call and we can explain them to you. If you don't agree with the terms of this auction, or don't trust the system, then don't bid! The personal property begins ending at 6:00PM day of sale. If you want to pay by cash or good local check, and NOT run your credit card, you must let us know before the end of the sale.
