We are selling on behalf of the Mathew H. Jackson Sr. Trust. Automobiles will include Ford & Chevrolet pickup trucks, cars, tractors, farm implements, tools, trailers, and more!!
Auctioneer's note: The automobiles have been sitting for an extended period of time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove the vehicles from the auction site within the appropriate pick-up times and days allotted. Each should be considered a project car or truck. Some will be sold without title. A Bill of Sale will be given on each car truck tractor and trailer.
TERMS: 15% Buyer's Premium added to each successful bid. Everything sold AS-IS. No refunds, no exceptions. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU ARE KNOWN BY US, and only from a local bank. You will need to let us know in advance if you are planning on paying by check. Cash is always accepted, but buyer must let us know before the end of the auction if paying with cash. Otherwise, payment must be made by credit card on file that was used to register for the auction. Payment must be made in full BEFORE items are removed from premises.

THIS PREVENTS BID-SNIPING, AND MAKES IT FAIR TO ALL BIDDERS.
